Bush of Iron by Nacho Carbonell, Galleria Rossana Orlandi

Galleria Rossana Orlandi from Milan is exclusively showing works by Nacho Carbonell at Design Miami/ Basel.  In her booth, you will find Nacho’s Diversity: Bush of Iron. It is debuting at the fair.  The piece is the eighteenth desk and chair in Nacho’s Diversity series.  The desk and chair are actually one piece attached with five legs.  Bush of Iron is made of steel.  But each piece in this series is made from a different material.  Materials used to create the other seventeen in the series include:  wood, concrete, plaster, rusted metal and glass.  Miniatures of the seventeen variations are on display in the booth along with a video that shows the process of Nacho’s creations.

“I believe in Nacho,” says Gallerie Owner Rossana Orlandi. “I love his work.  I discovered Nacho three years ago.  He is full of energy and creativity.  His work is getting better and better all the time.”
